Just ask any taxi driver to drive you to the Place de l'Independance (pronounced "plaas deuh la indeh pandance"). Then take the Avenue Pompidou, to Rue Vincens (Fourth crossroad). If you drive there from the port, go to the round circle in front of the train station. Take the uphill road (100 m), then turn left. Take the fourth street on your right, and 150 m further, you will be on Independence Square, right in front of the hotel. If you drive there from the airport, you have two options. The fastest is to take the highway. After leaving the airport, take the road to the right, bordering Yoff village. Pass under the VDN Bridge straight on until you arrive to the highway crossroads called Patte d'Oie. Follow the Dakar direction signs on your right. You, thus, take the highway to downtown. When the highway is about to end, go straight on the small bridge and 50 m further, take Avenue Lamine Gueye on your right until you see a gas station on your left. This is the crossroad with Avenue Faidherbe. Take it to your left. Go straight, and the road will lead you a bit to the right. Follow it and then take the first street on your right. 150 m further you will be in front of the hotel. The second route is more scenic. Leave the airport and take the left road. It will run along the sea after 300 m. Keep following this road. You will pass Ngor, Almadies, Mamelles Lighthouse, Ouakam, Mermoz, Fann, Soumbedioune, the Millenium Door, and about 70% of this road allows you to see the sea on your right side. After the Millenium Door, the road goes uphill for 200-300 m. At the top, leave the Corniche, and take the left Avenue Peytavin. Keep going straight, crossing Avenue Lamine Gueye. Avenue Peytavin then changes its name into Avenue Pompidou, and then crosses Rue Vincens. You will have arrived.

Aller place de l'Independance, prendre l'avenue Pompidou, puis tourner rue Vincens (4 ème rue)
